How Commodate handles personal information

Commodate collects a limited amount of personal information through this website today, mainly when you join the waitlist or contact us.

We use that information to respond to you, manage early product interest, and operate the site. We do not sell personal information.

Waitlist information: your email address when you submit the waitlist form.

Contact information: your name, email address, and message when you reach out through the contact page or by email.

Technical information: basic website request and device data handled through our hosting and infrastructure providers, such as IP address, browser details, and server logs.

We use personal information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, manage waitlist signups, send launch-related updates, and improve the service we are building.

At or before collection, we identify the purpose of collection and keep that use tied to the product and communications a visitor would reasonably expect.

By submitting a waitlist or contact form, you consent to Commodate collecting and using the information you provide for the purposes described in this policy.

You can withdraw consent to non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

Our current website and waitlist stack may involve providers such as Vercel for hosting and Loops for waitlist management and email delivery.
